General Rules
You must include your name in all e-mail messages and on
all documents. You will not receive credit for an assignment
if your name is not on it.
When sending me e-mail (whether it is an assignment,
a question, or a comment), the beginning of your subject line MUST
bein the following format:
- For individual assignments or questions:
- BAAC 325: "your name (first and last name)", "assignment",
"other information"
- Example: BAAC 325: John Whales, Assignment 1
- For group assignments or questions:
- BAAC 325: "Group #", "assignment", "other information"
- Example: BAAC 325: Group 5, Assignment 1
The BAAC 325 is important because I use a mail filter
to sort my mail into the appropriate folders. The name (or
group) and assignment number make it easier for me to see who has
(not) turned in their homework.
Please do not submit your assignment more than once.
It is YOUR responsibility to keep copies of all your
work for the entire semester. E-mail is not perfect.
Sometimes files get garbled or lost. If I receive a file that
I cannot read, I will ask you to send me another copy. AOL
users seem to be more susceptable to problems than others.

Naming Files
Since I will be receiving hundreds of messages and files during the
semester (your class as well as others), it is important for you to
follow the rules for naming your files so I can store them in the
proper folders.
- Use the following format for your assignments
- "assignment"-"groupX".extension
- Examples:
- Assignment 2 Part 1 for Group 3
- Assignment 4 for Group 7

Digital Drop Box
Most assignments will be submitted electronically. You should use the digital drop box within BlackBoard to submit your assignments. I will let you know if you should submit your assignments by some other means than the digital drop box.
