it is organized in a very efficient manner. The Table of Contents

titles. Good for those who have any interest in U.S law. The Internal
Revenue Code is Title 26. It is not completely up to date, but
you there is an updates link in every Code section so you can
see if the law has been modified by current legislation.

TAX RETURN PREPARATION SOFTWARE
TaxAct
Free tax return preparation software from 2nd Story. Similar
in feel to TurboTax. It was fairly easy to use. You can
upgrade to the deluxe version and they also have a Colorado State
version. They also have academic pricing (discounts for students).
